When Salesforce Is the Right CRM

Salesforce is a serious platform for serious sales motions. It is also expensive, complex, and easy to misuse. We are honest about when Salesforce is the right call and when it is not — because we also implement HubSpot and Zoho, and we get paid the same regardless of which platform we recommend.

Salesforce is usually the right choice when you need deep customization (custom objects, complex relationships, granular permissions), when you have a large or distributed sales team that needs strict process governance, when you sell into regulated industries with heavy reporting requirements, or when you need to scale into thousands of users and complex territory management.

It is usually not the right choice when your sales process is straightforward, your team is under 25 reps, and you are looking for fast time-to-value. In those cases HubSpot or Zoho will give you 80% of the capability at a fraction of the cost and complexity. New Salesforce Implementation

You just bought Salesforce or are considering it. We design and configure the org from scratch, migrate data from your previous system, configure Sales Cloud properly, train the team, and hand over a working CRM. Most new implementations land between 4 and 8 weeks.

Salesforce Optimization & Cleanup

You have had Salesforce for years. Adoption is patchy. Reports are unreliable. Workflows are layered on top of legacy logic. We audit, restructure, modernize automation (move from Workflow Rules and Process Builder to Flow), and rebuild reporting on a clean foundation. Typically 3 to 6 weeks.

Managed Salesforce Admin

You do not have a full-time Salesforce admin and you do not need one. We provide ongoing admin coverage on a monthly retainer — user management, new requests, report building, automation tuning, and quarterly health checks. A senior consultant on call without the full-time cost.

Buying Enterprise when Professional would do

Salesforce sales teams are good at upselling. Many SMBs end up paying for Enterprise features they do not use because nobody walked them through the trade-offs. We give you the honest read on which edition fits.

Letting consultants over-customize

Some agencies are paid by the complexity. We are not. We use Salesforce out-of-the-box features wherever they fit, and add customization only where business requirements actually demand it. Cleaner orgs are cheaper to maintain.

Stuck on legacy automation

Many orgs still run on Workflow Rules and Process Builder, both of which Salesforce is retiring. If your automation lives in legacy tools, you have a maintenance time bomb. We migrate to Flow and document the new architecture.

Role-based training for reps, managers, and admins, using your real org and real data. We launch together, monitor adoption for the first two weeks, and adjust based on what we see. Documentation is delivered with the handover.

For most SMBs under 25 reps, HubSpot or Zoho will give you faster time-to-value at a lower cost. Salesforce is the right call when you need deep customization, large-team governance, complex territory management, or compliance-heavy reporting. We help you make the call honestly during the discovery audit.

Which Salesforce edition do I need?

Most SMB sales teams are well served by Sales Cloud Professional. You move up to Enterprise when you need things like advanced approval processes, territory management, custom permission sets, or higher API limits. We walk you through the trade-offs before you sign anything.

Can you migrate us to Salesforce from another CRM?

Yes. We migrate from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Monday, Excel, Google Sheets, and most legacy CRMs. Migration includes deduplication, field mapping, association preservation, and historical activity import where the source supports it.

Are you a Salesforce Consulting Partner?
